CRM build
Your way of working. One clearer system.
A CRM build starts with the work your people do every day. We map the customer journey, define the records and responsibilities, then build an agreed system for enquiries, quotes, jobs and ongoing relationships.

Is this the right
next step?
Businesses moving beyond scattered spreadsheets, disconnected tools or a process that no longer fits the volume or complexity of the work.
What the work covers.
We agree the exact scope before work begins. These workstreams show what can be included and the practical outputs to expect in your proposal.
| Workstream | What we cover | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery and workflow mapping | Follow a real enquiry from first contact to completion, identifying decisions, handovers, bottlenecks and the people responsible. | A workflow map and prioritised requirements. |
| Customer and operational records | Define customer, contact, lead, quote, job or other records, including relationships, required fields and status changes. | An agreed data model and record structure. |
| Pipelines and work allocation | Design useful stages, ownership rules, tasks, reminders and team views around the way work progresses. | Configured workflows, queues and role-based views. |
| Access and governance | Agree user roles, record visibility, authentication needs, audit requirements and the handling of sensitive information. | A permission model and agreed security requirements. |
| Modules and connected journeys | Scope the required forms, quotations, scheduling, reporting or supported integrations. Field or offline workflows need their own requirements and testing. | The agreed modules, interfaces and integration specification. |
| Acceptance and rollout | Test realistic scenarios, prepare the initial data, train users and agree launch support and responsibility for future changes. | An acceptance record, rollout plan and handover guidance. |
How we deliver the work.
- 01
Map the everyday work
Understand the customer journey, records, roles, handovers and the tasks that create friction.
- 02
Configure, build and test
Agree the solution, validate workflows with realistic sample data and test permissions and failure cases.
- 03
Roll out and support
Prepare data, train the people using it and agree maintenance, ownership and future improvements.
Your proposal sets out the work specific to this product, the people involved, access and content dependencies, review points and any ongoing support.
How we judge progress.
We assess completion of agreed workflows, reliable record handling and staff acceptance. Operational measures can include follow-up completion and time spent on duplicate entry where a baseline exists.
What shapes the quote.
User roles, modules, business rules, integrations, migration and offline requirements affect scope. Bespoke development, hosting, software licences and ongoing support are priced explicitly.
Before starting, we agree the deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, costs, third-party dependencies and any ongoing service. You know which work is included and which needs separate approval.
Questions about
crm build.
Is this a bespoke CRM or a configured platform?
That is decided during discovery. We compare the requirements with a suitable existing platform or bespoke approach, including ownership, support and integration needs.
Can the system manage quotes and jobs?
Those modules can be scoped. We first define the records, calculations, approvals, document requirements and handovers that your business actually needs.
Can field staff work offline?
Offline work can be assessed as a separate requirement. It needs careful planning for device behaviour, data storage, synchronisation, conflicting changes and support.
